The “Giunter Percussion” ensemble („Vilniaus mušamieji“ previously) was founded by Pavel Giunter in 1995. In Lithuania it is the first percussion ensemble of its kind. During 14 years of its activity the musicians have gained public acknowledgement and have become popular in Lithuania and abroad. The ensemble often took part in festivals in Poland, Latvia, Belarus, Russia, Denmark. Famous modern Lithuanian composers dedicate their works to the group. The ensemble has performed together with Petras Vyšniauskas, Leonidas Šinkarenko and „Jazz 4“, Frederic Macarez (France), Linda Maxey (USA), Michael Udow (USA), Nebojsa Zivkovic (Germany). All members of the group are high-level professionals. The ensemble performs classical, modern, folk, popular and jazz music. The founder and the leader of  “Giunter Percussion” is Pavel Giunter.
